INGREDIENTES:
225 g de mantequilla ablandada y un poco más para engrasar
115 g de azúcar lustre
325 g de harina, y un poco más para espolvorear
1 cucharada de cacao en polvo
1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
PREPARACIÓN:
Engrasar con mantequilla una bandeja para el horno. Batir la mantequilla con el azúcar hasta que esté ligera y esponjosa. Poner la mitad en otro cuenco y añadir 150 g de harina y el cacao. Agregar la esencia de vainilla a la otra mitad. Tamizar el resto de la harina e incorporarla. Trabajar las dos pastas hasta que estén consistentes y flexibles.Con el rodillo, extender las dos pastas por separado sobre una superficie de trabajo y formar dos rectángulos de 20 X 28 cm. Colocar la pasta de chocolate sobre una lámina de papel vegetal y, con cuidado, poner la de vainilla encima. Enrollar la pasta bien apretada por el lado más largo, sirviéndote del papel como guía. Envolver el rollo en el papel y dejarlo enfriar en la nevera como mínimo 1 hora, o hasta que la pasta se endurezca.Precalentar el horno a 180 ºC. Desenvolver el rollo y cortarlo en rebanadas delgadas. Poner las galletas en la bandeja de hornear y cocerlas 10-15 minutos o hasta que estén doradas. Dejar que se entibien en la bandeja 2 minutos, y después pasarlas a una rejilla metálica para que terminen de enfriarse antes de servirlas.
El dibujo no me quedó tan bien como a la autora original pero ricas estaban un rato así que me doy por satisfecha jeje. Ya me diréis que os parecen si os animáis a hacerlas...Saludines!!!!
